Shake Well: This is a dual-phase formula (oil and water). Shake the bottle vigorously until the two layers are completely mixed into a cloudy liquid.
Soak the Pad: Saturate a soft cotton pad with the remover.
The "Press and Hold" Technique: Place the soaked pad over your closed eye or lips. Hold it there for 5–10 seconds. This allows the micellar oil to dissolve the makeup bonds so they slide off easily.
