Steps to Use
Shake Well: Shake the bottle thoroughly to mix the oil and water layers until the liquid appears uniform.
Saturate: Apply a generous amount of the liquid to a clean cotton pad.
Press & Wait: Place the damp pad over your closed eye or lips and press gently for 15 seconds. This "marinating" step allows the formula to break down stubborn pigments.
Wipe Gently: Gently wipe the pad across the area in one direction without rubbing or tugging.
Finish: Repeat if necessary. You can follow with lukewarm water or proceed with your regular second-step water-based cleanser
