Steps to Use

Shake Well: The product is a bi-phase formula, so you must shake the bottle well before each use to mix the water and oil components.
Saturate Cotton Pad: Saturate a cotton pad with the product.
Hold Over Eye: Gently hold the saturated cotton pad over your closed eyelid for a few seconds to allow the formula to dissolve the makeup.
Gently Wipe: Gently wipe away the makeup. Avoid harsh rubbing or pulling on the skin.
Repeat if Necessary: Repeat steps 1-4 with a fresh cotton pad until all traces of makeup are removed.
