Saturate a cotton pad or reusable cotton round with the micellar water.
To remove eye makeup: Hold the saturated pad over your closed eye for a few seconds, then gently wipe without harsh rubbing.
To cleanse skin and remove face makeup: Gently wipe the pad over your entire face, eyes, and lips until your skin is completely free of makeup and impurities. You may need to use a few pads to ensure all residue is removed.
