Cleanse: Start with clean, dry skin. Use a gentle cleanser, such as the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, to wash away dirt and impurities. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
Dispense Serum: Use the provided dropper to dispense an adequate amount of serum onto your palm. A full pipette or a few drops (around a pea-sized amount, 2-4 drops) is generally enough for the face and neck. Avoid the dropper touching your face directly to maintain hygiene.
Apply to Face and Neck: Gently pat the serum onto your face and neck. Spread it evenly using upward, outward strokes, or a circular motion, until fully absorbed.
Wait: Allow the serum to absorb into the skin for about one minute before applying the next product.
Moisturize: Follow up with a moisturizer to lock in hydration and the serum's benefits. For an AM routine, use a day cream with SPF, such as the Cetaphil Healthy Radiance Whipped Day Cream SPF 30, to protect your skin from the sun. For a PM routine, use a nourishing night cream.
