Each head is designed for a specific skin thickness and surface area:
Small Head (approx. 180-300 needles): Best for delicate areas like under the eyes and around the nose. It helps reduce fine lines and improves the absorption of your AHC eye cream.
Medium Head (approx. 540-600 needles): The standard size for the face. it helps fade acne scars, improves skin texture, and boosts collagen.
Large Head (approx. 1200 needles): Designed for the body (thighs, back, or arms). It is used for stretch marks or cellulite.
Step-by-Step Guide for Safe Use
Step 1: Sterilization (Crucial)
Before and after every use, soak the roller head in 70% Isopropyl Alcohol for 5–10 minutes. Never skip this, as dirty needles cause infections.
Step 2: Cleanse Your Skin
Use your Ariul Cleansing Foam to ensure your face is 100% clean. Do not use the wipes alone; you need a deep water-based cleanse to remove all bacteria.
Step 3: Rolling Technique
Divide your face into sections (forehead, cheeks, chin).
Roll 4-5 times in each direction: Vertically, Horizontally, and Diagonally.
Lift the roller between passes; do not drag it across the skin, as this creates "track mark" tears.
Note: Use very light pressure. For sensitive skin, "less is more."
Step 4: Aftercare (The Most Important Part)
Your skin will be "open" and pink.
Apply Hyaluronic Acid or Ceramide Cream: Use a simple, fragrance-free cream like CeraVe or La Roche-Posay Lipikar.
Avoid: Do not use Vitamin C, Retinol, or AHA/BHA (exfoliants) for 24–48 hours.
Sun Protection: Your skin will be highly sensitive to the Doha sun. Wear SPF 50 religiously the next day.
