Core Benefits

  • Enhanced Product Absorption: Creates micro-channels that allow serums (like Hyaluronic Acid or Vitamin C) to penetrate much deeper into the skin than topical application alone.

  • Collagen Stimulation: The "micro-injuries" signal the body to produce new collagen and elastin, which helps firm the skin.

  • Scar & Texture Improvement: Helps fade acne scars, stretch marks, and hyperpigmentation over time by encouraging cell turnover.

  • Fine Line Reduction: Regular use can soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

  • Scalp Health: Often used on the scalp to stimulate hair follicles and improve the effectiveness of hair growth serums like Minoxidil.

How to Use (Step-by-Step)

  1. Sanitize the Roller: Soak the roller head in 70% Isopropyl Alcohol for 5–10 minutes before every use.

  2. Cleanse Your Skin: Wash your face thoroughly and pat dry. Do not use a derma roller on active acne, open wounds, or irritated skin.

  3. Optional Prep: Apply a hydrating serum (like Hyaluronic Acid) to provide a "glide" for the needles.

  4. The Rolling Technique:

    • Divide your face into sections (forehead, cheeks, chin).

    • Roll 4–5 times in each direction: Horizontally, Vertically, and Diagonally.

    • Apply gentle, even pressure. It should feel prickly but should not be painful or cause significant bleeding.

  5. Post-Treatment Care: Apply another layer of hydrating or repairing serum. Avoid harsh actives like Retinol or AHAs (Glycolic Acid) for 24 hours.

  6. Clean Again: Wash the roller with dish soap and warm water, then sanitize it in alcohol again before storing it in its case.

Important Safety Rules

  • Frequency: For a 0.5mm needle, use it once every 2–4 weeks. Do not use it daily; your skin needs time to rebuild collagen.

  • Sun Protection: Your skin will be extra sensitive to the sun. Use a high-SPF sunscreen for several days after rolling.

  • Never Share: Your derma roller is a personal tool. Sharing can lead to severe skin infections.
