Steps to Use
The lotion should be used after cleansing as the toning step in your skincare routine.
Cleanse your face thoroughly using an appropriate cleanser for oily or acne-prone skin, such as the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Gel Cleanser, and then pat your skin gently dry.
Dampen a cotton pad or cotton ball with the astringent lotion.
Gently wipe the pad across your entire face, paying particular attention to areas with enlarged pores or excess oil, such as the T-zone.
Avoid the eye contour area.
Do not rinse off the lotion.
Follow up with a suitable moisturizer and, if using in the morning, a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
It can be used once or twice daily, in the morning and/or evening, depending on your skin's tolerance. If you have sensitive skin, start with once-daily application to assess tolerance.
