Soak a Cotton Pad: Saturate a cotton pad with the micellar water.
Wipe Gently:
Start by gently wiping makeup from the lips.
Next, use a fresh cotton pad for each eye. For greater effectiveness and to limit rubbing, hold the cotton pad against a closed eyelid for a few seconds before gently wiping outwards.
Finally, use a new cotton pad to wipe the rest of the face and neck until the pads no longer show any dirt or makeup residue.
