Application Steps

With a cotton pad: Gently sweep across the face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
Follow Up: Once the refiner has absorbed, continue with the rest of your routine (serums, eye creams, moisturizer). The unique formula combines the benefits of a toner and a moisturizer.
