1. The Standard Shake

  • Step 1: Pour 8 oz (240ml) of cold water or unsweetened almond milk into a shaker bottle.

  • Step 2: Add 1 scoop of Quest Salted Caramel powder.

  • Step 3: Shake for 30 seconds.

  • Tip: Using a blender with a few ice cubes will give it a thicker, "fast-food milkshake" texture.

2. In Coffee (Proffee)

  • Step 1: Brew your coffee and let it cool slightly (boiling water can "clump" the protein).

  • Step 2: Mix the powder with a splash of cold milk/water first to create a "slurry."
