1. The Standard Shake
Step 1: Pour 8 oz (240ml) of cold water or unsweetened almond milk into a shaker bottle.
Step 2: Add 1 scoop of Quest Salted Caramel powder.
Step 3: Shake for 30 seconds.
Tip: Using a blender with a few ice cubes will give it a thicker, "fast-food milkshake" texture.
2. In Coffee (Proffee)
This flavor is a fan favorite for coffee drinkers.
Step 1: Brew your coffee and let it cool slightly (boiling water can "clump" the protein).
Step 2: Mix the powder with a splash of cold milk/water first to create a "slurry."
Step 3: Pour the slurry into your coffee and stir. It acts as both a sweetener and a creamer.
3. High-Protein Salted Caramel Oats
Step 1: Cook your oatmeal as usual.
Step 2: Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in half to one scoop of powder.
